Kossar Butt is Head of Accommodation Services for Solace,  one of the largest charities providing services supporting women and children experiencing Domestic Abuse. 

 

Kossar manages refuge and second stage accommodation within 7 London Boroughs. 

 

Kossar has worked in the social care sector for the last 20 years, and her passion lies in empowering and changing the lives of vulnerable individuals including those who are multi disadvantaged.

Prior to working in Solace Kossar worked in a homeless charity as a Tenancy Sustainment Officer enabling rough sleepers to maintain and sustain independent tenancies.
