T-Twenty are working in conjunction with MonaLois Artistry who usually hosts intimate Paint 'n' Sip events.
For this event, participants will be invited to channel their inner creativity in order to produce their very own master piece. Whilst at the same time relieve built up stress that resides in the body. Studies have shown that art is key to the wellbeing of those suffering with mental illness.
No prior experience is needed and all equipment will be provided so all you have do is to come, roll up your sleeve and be prepared for to enjoy.
