Free basic training on HIV/AIDS awareness and knowledge

The Selby Trust, in partnership with Embrace UK with funding from Gilead Sciences Inc, is working on a HIV prevention programme. As part of the programme, we are providing FREE basic training on HIV/AIDS awareness and knowledge that will be taking place online this summer.

Embrace UK has experienced staff who will be delivering these training sessions. Time will be allocated for exploration, discussion, and participation as well as asking questions in each of the eight sessions.

The training will enlist tools that will help reducing risk behaviours and attitudes towards sexual practices. The basic training will cover what HIV/AIDS mean, including the difference between HIV and AIDS; modes of transmissions; some global, regional, national and local latest statistics.

You can book your session on our ticket tailor link here, and see below for reference of the dates this will be taking place on:

- Friday 21 May, 10AM to 2PM - Saturday 29 May, 10AM to 2PM - Friday 18 June, 10AM to 2PM - Saturday 26 June, 10AM to 2PM - Friday 16 July, 10AM to 2PM - Saturday 31 July, 10AM to 2PM - Wednesday 11 August, 10AM to 2PM - Saturday 21 August, 10AM to 2PM
