We also thank our event organising team including Unique, Hashr, Jack, Paul, Purva and Behlul, and other staff at the Trust for their work and preparation for the celebratory event, and those who came out in attendance.

WANIS: Evolution of the business
Both Paul Harrison and George Phillips of WANIS International Foods gave an inspiring speech and delved into the history of their business during the awards.
Wanis International Foods was founded in 1964 in North London. As part of their original mission they helped the new migrant communities coming to the UK during this era enjoy an authentic taste of home, helping them to stay connected to their roots and cultures.

You can find out more about WANIS and their story on their website.
