Although this article is primarily about the Development Manager position at the Selby Trust, I'd like to take a moment to emphasize the importance of community organizations like the Selby Trust in supporting various aspects of local development, including game development.

As someone passionate about the gaming industry, I believe that community centers and organizations play a crucial role in nurturing talent and providing resources for aspiring game developers. Game development is a field that requires not only technical skills but also a supportive environment where creativity can flourish.
