Youth Hub Coordinator vacancy at Selby Trust
The Youth Hub Coordinator role leads the coordination and day-to-day delivery of Selby Trust’s DWP-funded Youth Hub, supporting young people aged 18–24 into employment, training, education and enterprise. The Hub brings Jobcentre Plus, training providers, employers and community services together in one safe, inclusive, multi-agency space at the Selby Centre.
In this role you will:
Lead the day-to-day running of the Youth Hub, managing each young person’s journey from referral through to progression.
Build and coordinate a multi-agency partnership – including Jobcentre Plus, training and further education providers, employers, and youth and community organisations.
Focus delivery on young people facing multiple or complex barriers to work, such as long-term unemployment, mental health challenges, housing instability or contact with the criminal justice system.
Connect the Hub with Selby Trust’s wider offer – including Selby Active, Selby Ventures and our creative and wellbeing programmes – and help shape how youth services will run in the new Selby Centre.
Success will be measured by increased engagement of 18–24-year-olds, progression into employment, training or education, and strong, integrated partnership delivery. The role is based on site and requires some flexibility to support events and outreach.
We are a dynamic team for a growing charity based in Tottenham, North London.
What We Offer:
Location: Based at the Selby Centre in Tottenham, London.
Pay: £32,000
Full-Time Role (37.5 hours per week): 12 months fixed term contract, with possibility for extension dependent on funding
Probation period: 3 months
