Round-up: Selby Active Half-Term

Last week, we saw the Selby Active half term programme take place, in partnership with Haringey Council and Sport England.

This was set up with the aim to provide free activities and free lunch to local children within our community during the June half-term school holiday. Sessions took place daily between Tuesday 1 June and Friday 4 June.

The week included sport activities such as Basketball, Boxing, Minis Boot Camp and Volleyball for young people aged 5 – 18 years.

The week was a great success, with over 300 in attendance throughout the week.

The Holiday Activity & Food Provision will be returning for the Summer Holidays at the Selby Centre.
