Night AND Weekend Concierge
A Night Concierge is required to work within prestigious development of luxury apartments within the NW11 area of London. This position is primarily customer focused, meet and greet all visitors to reception with a helpful attitude. A background in working at 5* hotels or residential developments is highly desirable as well as the ability to work independently.
To provide a full and comprehensive cleaning duties ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. The property is luxury block of flats of which the common parts are to be cleaned.
We are Facility Management company providing services for property management companies in London. We have vacancy for a Gardener. The successful candidate will be an experienced maintenance gardener who has a keen eye for detail and can take real ownership and responsibility for the sites they manage. You will liaise with your Duty Manager on a regular basis so good communication skills are essential, this will help develop a good working relationship and level of understanding of individual needs and requirements as every site is unique. You will be hard working, responsible for the service provided to your clients as you will be essentially working on your own, carrying out garden maintenance within your designated area.
It is essential that you have relevant garden maintenance experience and be responsible for equipment.
