“The Met – Policing in London” is a BBC Documentary which followed and filmed Police Officers as they worked across the capital, including Haringey.
We are hosting an event to screen the documentary and then host a debate with local residents and stakeholders to discuss the documentary and policing in Haringey.

The Panel
Chair: Joanne McCartney AM
Joanne is the elected GLA Assembly Member for Haringey and Enfield. She is also the Chair of the Assembly's Police and Crime Committee which scrutinises police across London. Joanne was first elected in 2004 and is a Barrister by Profession.
Dr Elizabeth Henry
Elizabeth is the Chair of the Selby Trust in Tottenham. She is the former Director of ROTA (Race On The Agenda) and worked for the Government in establishing public focus groups to assess the 'public perception of policing post the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry’.
Dr Victor Olisa
Victor is the Met Police Borough Commander for Haringey arriving after the riots in March 2013. Prior to coming to Haringey, Victor was the Borough Commander in the London Borough of Bexley.
