Yoga Mobility event!



Has all that working from home made you stiff and inflexible? Are you finding that your range of motion is not as good as it once was? Well, fear not, why not try this Yoga session which is specifically targeted at helping you to improve your posture and help to stretch out some of the kinks you may have in your spine.

In this 2 hours special introductory class, Men in Motion and Relax and Rejuvenate founder, Nailah will help you use your breath to stretch out and lengthen your spinal cord she will be also focusing on the quads and hamstrings.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as those who are yoga enthusiasts, So come and join us on this Mothering Sunday and bring your female friends to celebrate international womens month.

*Mats are available however you are welcome to bring your own, you can bring thick towel

*Please ensure that you bring a bottle of water to the session
