The Selby Trust last week hosted the launch Charity and Enterprise Awards at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (Thursday 15 May).
The event brought together a diverse set of people and organisations, to celebrate the many achievements and successes of work from across the Trust, with particular focus on our ‘’Selby Ventures’’ programme, funded by the UKSPF and GLA.

In attendance were programme participants, colleagues from both Haringey and Enfield councils, councillors and politicians including local ward councillors and leader of Enfield Council and CEO of Haringey Council.

The award winners for our business-to-business programme, Selby Ventures, as well as those for other areas of work at the Trust and impact of their support, are detailed on our Charity and Enterprise Awards webpage.
We have also included on the webpage details of keynote speakers including Deputy Mayor for London Joanne McCartney and Tom Rodwell, ex Haringey Cricket College and writer, as well as Progression Sessions who delivered music performances on the night.
The event also included a fun raffle and auction, which raised just under £4,000, with items including a signed first team mens football and t-shirt from Tottenham Hotspur and tickets and a t-shirt to the Middlesex CCC games taking place at Lords in June.

Extension of the Selby Ventures Business Support Programme
We’re excited to announce an extension to our Selby Ventures business support programme. We have recently been awarded £226,728 by the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), enabling us to deliver further training, upskilling and networking opportunities for small- and medium-sized enterprises with a London postcode.
