Stella has been involved as a member of ERNI (Elmhurst Road Neighbours Initiative) in Bruce Grove Tottenham and has developed an ability to negotiate and influence multi-faith, multi- lingual and inter-generational groups, engaging and enticing them to take part in events that they would ordinarily not respond to.

Stella uses influencing skills to bring various hard to reach communities together. Collaboration is the mainstay of her day to day work and often working with difficult and egocentric characters. She is passionate about mixing and matching of ideas and sharing in the success or otherwise of a venture.

She is also passionate about diversity and finding ways to collaborate with hard to reach voices; getting their opinions and views heard.
